农历八月二十三日是孔子的诞辰，as usual we wake up very early to pay our respect at San Qing Gong Temple. It was a hot and humid morning, everyone is queuing and perspiring. Last year when lil ninja was there, he was still a quiet boy whom will let u carry him but this year is totally different, he cannot keep still, running around and mingling to make new friends. So fast my lil ninja has grown. It has also been a year since i started blogging for lil ninja. :)

It has almost been a month since Mama Loo last update on ninja dede. On Lantern Festival, we went to JB to celebrate as Po Po is having performance there. On our way to Po Po arts theatre, we took NEL train and saw a beautiful butterfly in the train, it flew in from Hougang station. A MPV from JB came to fetch us. First we report to the performace location, as it was opening of the chinese museum ceremony, buffet was served. Food was delicious. After lunch, performers have to stay behind to get ready, so Gong gong, Papa, Mama & lil Ninja go for shopping trip, ninja fell asleep along the way. Mama jeans split so have to get herself a pair of maternity shorts, lucky the shop we went have sell. Lil Ninja only have got a 40pcs barney puzzle, nothing much to buy over there. Soon, it's dinner time, we went to have dessert chendol and mama had a bowl of penang laksa, after which we went over to have abalone noodle, food was yummy and price is reasonable.

On Sat evening, Uncle Alvin came to fetch Ah Gong, Ah Ma & Mama to AMK for dinner as Ah Gong wants to go to Ang Mo supermarket to buy mooncakes and some household items. Whilst having our dinner at the hawker centre, we saw dragon and lion dance and a lot of AMK residents going round the estate holding on to lantern. They are pre celebrating Lantern Festival. Ah Gong brought lil ninja dede to join in the walk. He just simply loves to watch lion dance. Papa Loo was yet around as he was doing OT on that day, he came after the walk is over.

Yesterday, papa and mama 吕brought ninja dede to meet 婆婆 @ parkway parade for dinner and to play at the arcade. We took free shuttle service from sengkang. On the way, little ninja said this: “小老鼠上灯台，偷吃油，吃饱饱，睡呼呼。”when it should be “小老鼠上灯台，偷吃油，下不来，叫妈妈，妈妈不在，猫来了，叽里咕噜滚下来。”It's so funny hearing him saying it. He was so hungry that he ate almost half the bowl of fishball noodle at the hawker centre. After dinner, went to timezone arcade to play his favourite bowling game. On the way home, he kept asking for water but forgetful mama loo did not bring the water out, papa said will go to sengkang terminal to get him soya milk, after drinking, little ninja puked everything out and make a big mess, lucky have spare tshirt. What an eventful evening.

My dearest mama turns 30 this 7 Sep. We went to meet yuwei yiyi to watch movie. I was not a good boy cause i'm not really interested in watching the UP cartoon.Only managed to sit still for half an hr with eating my fav popcorn. Before the show starts, we went to the arcade and saw the bowling game,we'll lucky to have a try cos someone paid for it but never play. The ball was much too heavy for little ninja. So after the show, mama suggested to go downtown east since there is a mini bowl alley for kids. We hopped on to the cab and off we go. Had lunch at Mac, went to the bowling alley and little ninja have a try at the sand art. For dinner, mama friends have asked her to go to her place. Here are the photos.

On 6th Sep, we had a small family celebration for Mama 30th bday. Too bad Adrin Uncle is working night shift so he was not here. Missed him a lot, have not seen him for ages. Hope to see him soon. I loved mummy jelly cake bought by papa. Yummy!!!

Mama Loo was accompanied by Papa Loo yesterday for a detail scan. Dr say everything is fine just that BB is smaller (same like the brother). Dr say last one is a boy but this round is a girl. Mama Loo is so elated to hear that she's going have a princess. More chance to shop around to get gal gal clothes. Yesterday Mama Loo ask Little ninja inside the stomach is who? Little ninja replied "Mei Mei" when we never tell him anything. Is it instinct of the child?

Ninja Dede 28mth and pre celebrate Ah gong Bday

Today we pre celebrate ah gong bday. Ah ma cooked Fishball Udon Soup. Little Ninja break his records, he ate 8 fishballs and drank a bowl of soup, followed by a small slice of cake and the crispy part of a pie. After his shower, he still request to drink his milk and say he wanna sleep. Really a big glutton today this little ninja. Growth Spurt??? Mama Loo hopes so.

Pre celebration Uncle Alvin 31st Bday

Uncle Alvin is turning 31st this tue so we had an earlier celebration for him yesterday. Ah gong was not around cause he went for a wedding dinner. Ah Ma suggest we go to Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 Chong Boon Food Centre for dinner. Uncle Alvin came to fetch us there. After dinner, We went to buy fruits (durian, longan, cherries and oranges) and a birthday cake. Little Ninja chose the cake for Uncle Alvin.

Little Ninja is a messy boy, he pooed in his shorts in the morning and evening.
He uses his shorts to pick up the drop faeces, use tissue paper to clean the floor to clear the evidence of him dropping his faeces. The way he does it is so hilarious. Photos will be uploaded soon. Stay Tuned folks!!!

NB: He's now partially toilet trained.

On Sat morning, ah gong made hard boiled egg for little ninja, he happily peel the egg shell and ate the egg. Ask him why he don't like to eat the egg yolk, he said:"吃了乾乾"

In the afternoon, ninja follow papa and mama Loo for graduation photo shoot at Gloria Photo Studio to meet 公公，婆婆，舅舅和姨姨。Can collect the photos on this coming Fri. It was a fun photo session, the ah gong(photographer) really can make little ninja laugh. After photoshoot, brought little ninja to chinatown food complex for dessert as gong gong wants to buy fish from the market. He drank a big cup of the bubble tea. Took NEL train back home.

On Fri evening, Papa and Mama on leave so brought Little Ninja back to Sengkang early. Papa say very long never clean the air con so decided to give it a wash. Little Ninja trying to be a helper to his loving Papa, went to climb the ladder to give his Papa a hand.

Mama bought a rice mould so decided to put it in to let Little Ninja to try, he finished all the rice and keep saying it's good. What a sweet talker. See his cheeky look with his fried rice mould.

Mama Loo has not been blogging and updating my development for 1 whole month... She's so lazy.
I was sick on 15 jul, a day before I turned 27mth, had high fever of 39.8, cough and vomiting.
Dr advised mama loo not to let me go to playgroup till I get well. Thus I absent myself for 8 days and today is my 1st day back to school. Am so happy to see my friends and teachers.

Lately, I am crazy over playing bowling, i must do it everyday from the moment i opened my eyes. I also loved to watch mama loo play Chuzzle game which I called it "毛毛" cos it's round and has a lot of fur.

I speak a lot nowadays but all in chinese. Conversation diagolue with grandparents and mama to be continue......

This was when everytime he hear his mummy cough.

He has been talking so much that sometimes must ask him to stop.
There was once Sat when putting him to bed, he refused to sleep so mummy has to pretend sleep, he said this

德德：“妈妈跟我讲话。”
妈妈：No response, still pretend to sleep....

After a while, he toss and turn and slept on his own.

Trip To Jurong Bird Park

It was World Blood Doner Day on 13 June. Papa Loo being a regular blood doner was given 2 complimentary cards and half price for the tickets for bringing family members along. We spent half the day @ Jurong Bird Park and had our dinner at 8 immortals vegetarian restaurant.

Pre Father's Day celebration at Goodwood Park Hotel. Went for Taiwan Porridge and Durian Buffet.

The food was yummy yummy. Ninja Dede Ate 1/2 a bowl of porrridge, 3 slices of watermelon, a small slice of durian pandan cake, durian pancake but only take the pancake without the durian filling. He did a gross thing which is applying durian cake on his head. His whole head smelled of durian even after his shower. Yeeks!!!

Went to Great Grandma House and Meet Mummy Sec Sch friends!

On Wed Afternoon, Mummy took half day leave to bring me to visit great grandma since mummy have not visited great grandma for a while. After visiting great grandma, grandma accompany mummy to Tampines to meet her sec sch friends for gathering.

We went to have dinner @ Manpuku. After dinner, we went to Say Cheese Restaurant for Dessert but all sorts of tea were not available so decided to change venue, we ended up at Coffee Club. Ninja dede had fun time drinking cold water with his small little cookie.

KKH Family Day @ Yio Chu Kang Stadium

It was KKH family day on 30May 2009, Mummy bought 7 tixs to bring the whole Loo family for the event. We all need to wear Blue colour cos mummy team belong to Kiasu Kangaroo....Yeah Hop Hop Hop. I fell asleep in the Taxi on our way and are still sleeping on Ah gong shoulder when we reached.

Mama went to see the gynae yesterday evening. Dr Han did a scan for her at KKH. Now can see little didi/meimei and can see the heartbeat. Mama and Papa is so happy. Papa have yet to scan the ultrasound, he will do so later.

On Sat am, to satisfy MamA Loo craving for her fried carrot cake and fish slice noodle at TPY Lor 7, Ah MA, Ah Gong, Papa Loo, Ninja Dede and Mama went to have lunch there.

After Lunch, We took a train to Novena to meet Uncle Alvin and Aunty Natalie to shop at United Square and have dinner together at My Woul.

On 10th May, Ninja Dede give a Mother's day card to Mama Loo, it was done in his playgroup.

Mama was so elated and with tears of joy.

But then.....
Mama was angry on Mother's Day because she has actually placed a reservation with House of Seafood @ Bedok but the waitress who is in charge never put mama name on the table and ended we have to tabao food back home to eat. We did order the chilli crabs from them though but it does not really tasted as it was being recommended on the review. A great disappointment. Anyway, it did not really dampen our mood cos it was much cosier to eat at home and be as messy as Ninja wanna and can no need to put on his top is his happiest.

Celebrate Mother's Day @ AMK Melben Restaurant

After the visit to the Sinseh, we meet uncle alvin and aunty natalie @ AMK Melben Restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. It has been a while since we last visited. The whole restaurant undergone renovation and the ambience is really good. We went there at 5pm and have our dinner served at 5.20pm, the services is very fast and food is as usual good. Crowd starts to come in at about 5.45pm, we'll lucky that we are early cos when we see the queue, it is till the end of the stretch of the block of flat.

The crabs are all nicely designed into small little display with the famous artiste signatures.

Visiting sinseh in TPY Ma Kuang

It's a sunny sat afternoon, ninja dede was brought to see the chinese sinseh to find out about his general well being.
He is very polite when he see the sinseh, he greeted her with a big smile and call “张医师”
The sinseh say overall he is okay and mama loo is glad to hear that.
After the sinseh visit, he run around in front of courts open space area.
He just love to hold tongue depressor every time he visit the Doctor so when he saw the Sinseh having them, he asked for it. Ninja only nap for 45mins in the noon.

Drinking Orange Cod Liver Oil on his own.

Little Ninja was rejecting Cod liver oil earlier when back home at Sengkang. Papa Loo was giving him Yogurt earlier yesterday evening and switch to let him try Original Cod Liver Oil, little Ninja tried a mouthful and when asked him whether he wants somemore, he shouted:"怕怕" and ran away.
This evening @ 公公 house, Papa attempt again to let him try the cod liver oil but this round is orange flavour instead.

He likes the orange taste and request to self feed on his own.

It's Labour Day cum PapaMama Loo 4th yr Chinese wedding anniversary.

Ah Gong has been craving for chicken feet at Orient Ocean Restaurant at Miramar Hotel so all of us went to have our lunch there.

As usual, the little glutton tried a lot of different varieties of dim sum.

He specially loved the bitter 龟苓膏。Ate almost 3/4 bowl.

I try to be fuNNy by showing Mama Loo my disgusted face when taking my fav 龟苓膏 but I was actually loving every bits of it.

I don't really like the Mango Pudding though.

Oh one more, I also loved the Watermelon Sago.

Mama & Papa Loo brought little Ninja Dede to Ajisen Noodle House @ Compass point yesterday for lunch.

had a small birthday celebration in school today.

After school celebration, Ninja went home to have his short nap.

After his nap, Papa,Mama, YiYi and JiuJiu brought him out to Bugis. First, we went to Si Ma Lu Guang Ying Temple, went to check out the new shopping mall Iluma and went to Sunshine plaza for dinner. Ninja had a big appetite that night, he ate 1/4 of Wanton Noodles, Dim Sum, Bean curd and grass jelly.

On Good Fri, mama and papa brought ninja dede to meet up with his friends at Sentosa. It was pouring heavily on our way there. Luckily after our dinner, the rain stops and we headed to play at the beach.

一转眼又到了清明节，外曾祖父过世也快到一年了。今天，我起得很早跟着婆婆，公公和妈妈一块儿到三清宫祭拜曾祖父。

回到家后，我变成了清洁工人帮婆婆打扫。我很乖吧。

Today is little ninja 3yrs old bday according to the chinese lunar calendar.
公公prepare mee sua for dede.
He did not finish his mee sua though.
He had a share of ice cream with his daddy though. See his dirty look and different eating expressions....It has shown how much this little ninja have grown.
Without realising, little ninja can actually can speak quite a few words from objects to identifying pple.
He is now able to say his chinese dialect name.
He'll reply:"teck teck"
When he wants something,he'll now hold whosever hand to the specific place to point what he wants and says them.

On a Sunny Sunday morning, Mummy make me take my weight and height to see how much have I grown.

I'm now measuring at 84.5cm & weighing 11kg.

On Sat 21 Mar 09, I had an eventful day. I woke up very early @ 0745hr to send off my darling daddy to work. 阿嫲 also wake up to accompany whilst mummy is having her beauty sleep. I was looking for 阿公，阿嫲 tell me 阿公 just back from his night duty and having his sleep. I was a good boy, i played with 阿嫲 till 阿公wake up. Later in the am, 阿公 adjust my bicycle for me to learn cycling. I was very patient and see how 阿公does the adjustment on the bicycle. Yeah, finally my bicycle is ready for me to ride on. See my happy face....

In the evening, we all took bus to compass interchange and to transfer to take MRT to Chinatown to meet 叔叔和婶婶 for dinner. I enjoyed my bus and MRT ride.

A trip to Taka BB fair!

It was a Thu evening 19/3/09 and 婆婆 suggest to mummy to bring me out since it was one week sch term break. Mummy told 婆婆 to meet her @ Orchard MRT and is going to bring me to Taka BB fair. On the way to meet Mummy, 婆婆 ask what transport am I taking and I tell 婆婆 we are taking ABC, 婆婆 laugh so loudly cos I'm suppose to say MRT but I cannot pronounce so say ABC instead. 婆婆 & Me reached @ 1915hr to meet Mummy and Uncle Meng Wei. Mummy and Uncle are hungry so when to took a bite @ Taka basement before doing my shopping trip.

Luckily, even though he's sick, he's still very active and can play a lot. The whole family went out to have dinner at Chinatown for well known Claypot rice and durian. Raphael was sleeping when eating dinner, ah gong and mama take turns to carry him for their dinner. No photos was taken cos he's not in the mood.
Mama and Papa Loo bought him a tamborine that he loves. In the end, the tamborine acted as his place for putting his fishes and not playing with it.

On 20 feb 09 is my 5th day to my 2hrs playgroup class. Mama Loo went with me to my playgroup class yesterday to observe. It's her first time there. I've 11 classmates in my class.

has been attending the 2hrs playgroup for the past 4 days. Mama Loo never follow cos she has to work. His darling gong gong and por por are the one who send him to school. He has been coping well though sometimes he cry when he cannot see his porpor. Raphael has been sick since last sat after he came back from the flyer. His fever was high till 39.2. Now fever has come down but still with a lot of running nose and coughing. Dr started him on Klacid antibiotic cos nowadays she say the fever in children are unpredicatable and can continue to go sky high. Let's prAY HE will get weLL sOOn.

Hooray!!!Little Ninja is gonna to go for 2hr playgroup at edufarm centre at Bedok North St 3 blk 404. His dearest PorPor and GongGong will be the ones responsible to bring him to and fro school cos his mummy needs to report work. The timing for the school is 0930-1130hr.
The Dede is so excited that on fri 13/2/09 when he went to visit the school, he was so unwilling to go back home and wanna stay back to play with his friends. Really hope on Mon he will not cry and enjoy his school. Oh....Dede mama have got to prepare his bag, water bottle, diaper, baby wipes, a small handkerchief and snack box for him to bring to school. All must be label with his name on.

Ninja Dede is extemely busy packed today. Early morning, he follow papa and mama to Fitness First @ One geroge St for Mama aqua fit class, then go to Hong Lim for lunch (dede napping while papa and mama have their lunch, mama carrying him in the ergo carrier), go chinatown point to hypermedia shop where they sell a lot of Doraemon items ( i got a lot of stuffs, yeah yeah ), go Toa Payoh to meet 阿公阿嫲 and took bus 238 to go Lor 8 Toa Payoh to meet 叔叔婶婶 for dinner at Melben Seafood Restaurant.

On 1 Jan 2009, my schedule is so packed. Ah Gong, Ah Ma, Papa, Mama and me went to Buangkok for lunch. I took a nap after the lunch all the way to Somerset.

Papa went to i hub but it was closed cos it was NEW YEAR. He could not get his mobile. Went to OG Orchard to shop for Ah Ma clothes. Only Ah Ma got things, she got herself a bag and a blouse for CNY.

Times flies, shop shop shop then it's time for dinner. We headed back to Buangkok for dinner again. Me also sleep on the way to Buangkok.

On 18 Dec 2008,

Mama, gong gong, por por and yi yi brought me to have my injection. Yeah...my last injection till i turn 7years old. I'm a little brave darling boy, i never shed a tear. Aunty Janet say i've got thick skin.

After the vaccine, we went to UNO house for dinner.

On 21/11/08 morning, grandma and mama brought me to visit great grandma. She was just discharged from hospital. I had a great time at great grandma place playing with her stressball which meant for her to exercise.

After visiting great grandma, I've an appointment to meet ah gong and ah ma @ toa payoh hub for shopping session. We had tea break at koufu, ah gong bought me watermelon, papaya and jelly for me to eat. As usual, I made a mess. I also meet ah gong house agent xiao ping aunty, i play peek a boo with her using plastic bag as the barrier.

We went to kiddy palace after the tea break, I was playing wild with all the musical instruments there. Ah gong initially wanted to buy a tricycle for me but mummy said we have to buy a lot of groceries back today for cooking. Therefore my tricycle have to be put on hold. :( NO TOYS FOR ME!!!

We walked and walked and walked till we are tired, we find a place to sit down cos it's my milk time and I need to have my milk for replenishing my energy. Finishing my milk, I was so tired that I fell asleep. We wait for papa to finish his work to join us for dinner. Mama want to bring ah gong and ah ma to eat western food at the coffee shop.
